About the Role:


We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to join our enterprise sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in Greater China. Based in Hong Kong or South China, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of sales and marketing professionals and contribute to the company's success.


Responsibilities:


1. Take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

2. Prospect new corporate accounts and promote our innovative Cloud and Enterprise Solutions, including AWS, Huawei, Okta, Cloudflare, MongoDb, OutSystems, Elastic, Freshworks, and more.

3. Explore new business opportunities, formulate strategic account development plans, and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market.

4. Manage and lead the entire sales cycle, from identifying sales opportunities and building pipelines to negotiating and closing contracts.

5. Cultivate long-term relationships with existing valued customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:


1. 3+ years of proven experience in solution sales, with a focus on Cloud Solutions related to multi-cloud, DevOps, zero trust security, and digital transformation.

2. A strong track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

3. Exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a passion for developing and mentoring sales talent.

4. Creative problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Result-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, and positive personality, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
