We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to develop our engagement with the Hong Kong Public Sector.
Your Role: Key Account Manager – Public Sector
We're looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be the face of Master Concept for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction through strategic relationship management and solution selling. The key accounts assigned will be within the public sector of Hong Kong (e.g. Government Departments, Higher Education, NGOs).
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned key accounts
Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions with the help of our technical team
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical consultants) to deliver seamless client experiences
Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitors
Prepare regular reports on account status and forecast sales performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably with exposure to the public sector or government clients
Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, RFPs, and vendor engagement processes in Hong Kong will have advantage
Experience in IT solution selling, especially in cloud computing, system integration, or cybersecurity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
