We are looking for an Admin Officer who is a self-achiever and willing to embrace growth and challenges.

The successful candidate will take the be the moderator to manage daily office operations which could be ad-hoc and urgent. He/she must be strong in task prioritization and communication in order to collaborate with different departments.

You'll work in a stable yet innovative environment where your efforts will be recognized and rewarded.

As an Admin and HR Officer, your duty includes the following:

  • Handle office administrative duties, including purchasing, contract renewal and office maintenance
  • Handle incoming calls and courier services
  • Prepare monthly report and provide general clerical support
  • Assist the HR Manager in recruitment process, including job posting and interview arrangement
  • Handle ad hoc HR & Admin projects
This job might be suitable for you if you are:

  • With minimum experience of 1-2 years in business administration
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, native in Cantonese
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, self-motivated and good team player
  • Self-driven, open to learn new technology and willingness to change the status quo
  • Fresh graduates with strong softskills are welcome!
