Job Overview:
Master Concept, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, is seeking a skilled and passionate System Analyst or Senior Analyst Programmer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our clients' digital transformation journeys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business challenges, analyze their existing systems and processes, and design and implement creative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze their business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
2. System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
3. Innovative Solutions: Design and propose innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and best practices to address clients' challenges and drive business success.
4. System Design and Specification: Develop detailed system specifications, including functional requirements, user interface design, and data models, to guide the development process.
5. Implementation and Testing: Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions, conducting rigorous system testing and debugging to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
6. User Support: Provide guidance and support to end users during system implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of new systems.
7. System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend enhancements or optimizations to continuously improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Technology Expertise: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully analyzing and improving business systems.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in system analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
5. Programming Expertise: Experience with .NET (including C#), Node.js, and Java for backend development, along with familiarity with HTML5, Bootstrap, and at least one of the following front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.
6. Database Knowledge: Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases, with the ability to design and optimize data structures and queries.
7. DevOps Experience: Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with relevant tools and technologies, such as continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
8. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
