About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Public Sector Sales Manager to join our team. 
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and transforming the public sector through technology.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Master Concept's overall business objectives and the unique needs of the public sector market.

2. Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within government agencies, higher education institutions, NGOs, and other public sector organizations.

3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

4. Proposal and Tender Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Master Concept's solutions and value proposition. Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring successful bid submissions.

5. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Provide valuable insights to the organization regarding customer needs and preferences.


Qualifications


1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

2. Sales Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the public sector or government space. Experience in other industries will also be considered.

3. Tender Expertise: Experience in handling tenders and navigating the public sector procurement process is a distinct advantage.

4. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Drive and Ambition: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

7. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
