Master Concept is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Coordinating and tracking the status of sales opportunities and providing updates to the sales team.
- Managing the end-to-end tender process, including tracking deadlines and ensuring all documentation is submitted on time.
- Collaborating with the sales team to improve sales processes and procedures.
- Conducting regular sales analysis and reporting to management.
- Filing for government and commercial tenders and proposals
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field will be advantage, but other industries experience will also be considered
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or sales operations is preferred
- Experience handling tenders is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex sales processes and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Office tools & Productivity tools (eg. Google workspace, Asana, trello, GPT etc)
- Good writing and reading skills in English is a must
