Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account & Operations Assistant at Master Concept Group in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Account & Operations Assistant will be responsible for daily operations management, supporting analytical tasks, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient operations within the organization, assist in finance teams by performing daily secretarial, bookkeeping, and accounting responsibilities for the organization. 


Responsibilities:

    • Check, validate and process customers/suppliers orders and invoices
    • Work close with Sales team on order management
    • Understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
    • Responsible for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
    • Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks
    • Knowledge of GST or SST
    • Prepare types a variety of documents, reports, and records
    • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Maintains regular contact with other departments (Local or overseas offices) to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions.
    • To perform ad-hoc duties requires by superior from time to time.

    Qualifications

      • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / LCCI High
      • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting & operations
      • Analytical  and Communication Skills
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
                          Good organizational and time management skills
      • Proficient in Google Workspace, Netsuite accounting system, email handling, computer literate
      • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
      • A disciplined, trustworthy, honest, cooperative person
      • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
      • Good command in English (written and spoken) and Cantonese/Mandarin(spoken) to work with our Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking coworkers and clients in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan
