About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. As a strategic leader in talent acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative hiring strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that we acquire the best and brightest talent to drive our continued success.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging a variety of recruitment channels and strategies.
  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and requirements.
  5. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that all interactions are professional, timely, and informative.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Manage and develop a team of talented recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
  8. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Expertise in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies and programs.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters, providing effective coaching and guidance.
  6. Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment tools and technologies to source and screen candidates.
  7. Business fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
