Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts.
Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on our MarTech, CRM, and CDP offerings, providing insightful and consultative guidance to clients.
Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their core business challenges and technical requirements.
Solution Design & Demo: Design and present tailored solution demonstrations that directly address specific client pain points and deliver clear ROI.
Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close agreements with a focus on creating long-term, win-win partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a world-class and seamless customer experience.
1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or SaaS industry.
Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and related solutions.
Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and landing complex, high-value deals.
Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with senior executive stakeholders.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
