As our Account Executive for MarTech, CRM, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP), you are a vital part of our growth engine. You will not just be selling a product; you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, architecting solutions that deliver tangible value and drive their success. We are looking for a leader who can build a robust pipeline, close significant deals, and help us shape the future of our sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts.

  • Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on our MarTech, CRM, and CDP offerings, providing insightful and consultative guidance to clients.

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their core business challenges and technical requirements.

  • Solution Design & Demo: Design and present tailored solution demonstrations that directly address specific client pain points and deliver clear ROI.

  • Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close agreements with a focus on creating long-term, win-win partnerships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a world-class and seamless customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or SaaS industry.

  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and related solutions.

  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and landing complex, high-value deals.

  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with senior executive stakeholders.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
